“Dudziak’s Gymnastics has been a part of the Biddeford Community since 1994. I started classes there at a young age, joined the competitive team, and eventually went on to compete in college. In 2009 I returned to take ownership of the facility, with a strong desire to carry on the same traditions and coaching enthusiasm that inspired me as a student.
Like everyone else, we had a lot of questions with little to no answers when the pandemic hit. Our uncertainty motivated us to learn. We set out researching and education into topics of heath, business, and technology. We became confident that we could adapt our business to provide a safe environment for families to return to.
We’ve been a consistent outlet for families to rely on for child care, physical education, and after school programming. During the pandemic, we offered innovative programs that allowed students to remote learn while remaining physically active.
Community, to us, means playing our small part in a bigger picture: Furthering our role as educators to children and families about the social and physical benefits of gymnastics while watching kids grow in a fun, yet challenging environment.
Our passion for youth development and physical education is reflected in the students and families that we serve. We’re very grateful to be able to touch so many lives and we’re proud to be a part of such a stand-out community. We’re very honored to receive this recognition.” - Dan Parks, Manager of Dudziak’s School of Gymnastics
