SACO, ME (March 29, 2022) – Saco & Biddeford Savings Institution (SBSI), Maine’s oldest bank, is pleased to announce numerous promotions across a variety of departments and branches.
Stephanie Emery has been promoted to the position of Assistant Branch Manager at the Biddeford Branch. Emery joined the Biddeford Team as a Customer Relationship Officer in 2021 and previously held supervisory positions within the banking industry. “I’ve loved being part of SBSI,” Emery said. “It has been a pleasure getting to know the community. I look forward to continuing this journey!”
Devyn Butler has been promoted to Customer Relationship Officer. Butler joined the South Portland branch in 2020 as a Customer Relationship Associate. He will split his time between the Portland and South Portland branches and said, “I feel fortunate to have received so much support to grow professionally within the bank and I’mlooking forward to developing strong relationships with our customers and communities.”
Emily Dubois has been promoted to Retail Loan Officer. Dubois joined the Scarborough branch in 2018 and has held various positions, most recently as Customer Relationship Officer. “It’s exciting to welcome the challenge to advance professionally, and I’ve really enjoyed the opportunities I’ve had at SBSI.”
Casey Dunham has been promoted to Customer Relationship Officer at the Biddeford branch. Dunham joined the Saco branch as a Teller in 2017. He was promoted to Customer Relationship Associate in 2019. “Being part of SBSI has afforded me many opportunities to advance,”Dunham said. “I am grateful I’ve been able to do so alongside co-workers who are like family.”
Tony LeBlanc has transitioned to Retail Loan Officer. LeBlanc began his journey with SBSI in 2001 as a Residential and Commercial Loan Officer at the Scarborough Branch. He has served in several compliance roles over the years. “While I appreciate the compliance knowledge I’ve gained over the years, I’m looking forward to going back to my roots and dealing directly with our customers and the communities we service,” LeBlanc said.
Elaine Tito has been promoted to Officer, Accounting Team Lead. Tito joined the Bank in 1997. She spent a few years in the Retail Department, joined the Accounting Department in 2000, and was promoted to Senior Staff Accountant in 2012. “I can’t imagine working anywhere else,” said Tito. “It brings me so much joy that I am still part of the SBSI family all these years later.”
