If you need account services beyond typical drive-up transactions, please contact Customer Care at (207) 284-4591 to arrange for an onsite appointment. You will be directed to the appropriate branch, and will be able to set an appointment with one of our branch representatives.
When you arrive at your scheduled appointment, an employee will greet you, provide you with a pump of hand sanitizer, and ask you a few questions regarding your recent exposures. Our staff will ask about any recent symptoms, travel history within the past 14 days, and determine if you have been in contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19. Once you are cleared, they will escort you to the appropriate department to serve you.

Our staff members have been frequently cleaning common areas, door handles, ATMs, and drive-up tubes.
