What are the requirements for using the mySBSIcard app? Are there any fees associated with it?
You must have a consumer or business checking account with an active debit card linked in order to use the app. If you have more than one account, you have the ability to link multiple debit cards to the mySBSIcard app.
Saco & Biddeford Savings institution does not charge any fees for downloading or using the app. However, you may incur data rate charges from your wireless carrier as a result of your mySBSIcard usage.

Can the mySBSIcard app work through the existing Saco & Biddeford Savings Institution Mobile Banking app?
At this point in time the mySBSIcard and Mobile Banking are two separate apps. The Mobile Banking app is used primarily for account information and transfers, whereas the mySBSIcard app is used primarily for debit card controls. We are hoping to integrate these into one app in the future.
Am I required to have the mySBSIcard app for my debit card(s)?
No, this app is not a requirement for issuing or using a debit card. It is merely a tool we are providing to our customers to allow them more control with their debit card activity. Customers with concerns about fraudulent transactions now have the ability to turn their card off until they intend to use it, or receive immediate alerts when a particular transaction has occurred.
How do I get the mySBSIcard app, and what devices can the app be used on?
The app is available in either the Apple or Google Play stores, and can be used with any supported Apple or Android mobile device with a data plan from your wireless carrier.
