This position performs duties of a Customer Service Representative or a Teller, based upon Branch scheduling needs.
This position is responsible processing payroll, administration of employee benefits, including 401k and pension administration. This position oversees the payroll system.
This position assists with the activities that pertain to the daily operation of the mainframe computer system and the FIS MISER core banking applications. At the direction of the Core Banking Manager, this position also provides direction to other departments as it pertains to the daily operation of the mainframe computer system and the FIS MISER core banking applications.
The primary responsibility of this position is to answer the bank’s inbound calls and selected emails in a fast paced environment. The Customer Care Specialist responds to customer inquiries and, through active listening, refers requests to appropriate personnel as needed. This position also supports branches as a floating teller or Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) in the event of both planned and unplanned absences.
Tellers interact with most Bank customers and thus are responsible for reflecting the core values of the Bank to ensure that bank customers have a positive banking experience. The teller is also responsible for accurately processing transactions, identifying customer needs, suggesting Bank products and services or referring the customer to other Bank personnel.
