SACO, Maine (JUNE 15, 2022) - Saco & Biddeford Savings (SBSI), Maine’s Oldest Bank, has hired James Gove as VP, Business Credit Manager.
Gove is a graduate of The University of Southern Maine. He brings nearly three decades of experience in the banking industry to SBSI, which includes proficiency in both commercial and SBA lending.
“Eric Doyon and I always stayed connected,” said Gove, “I knew it was the right time to return to the community bank that I always had a soft spot for. I’m hopeful during my time at SBSI I can be a good steward and help build the credit process to better serve our customers and communities. I’d like to make a lasting impact.”
Outside of work, he resides with his wife and enjoys spending time with his 3 children, 2 grandchildren and grand-dog.
