Can the SecurLOCK Equip App work through my existing Saco & Biddeford Savings Mobile Banking App?

No, the SecurLOCK Equip and Mobile Banking Apps are two separate apps. Use the Mobile Banking App for viewing account information, paying bills, depositing checks remotely and making transfers. Use the SecurLOCK Equip App primarily for Debit Card controls. We’re hoping to integrate them into one app in the future.

How do I get the SecurLOCK Equip App, and what devices can it be used on?

The app is available in the Apple® and Google Play® stores. It can be used with any supported Apple or Android mobile device with a data plan from your wireless carrier.

What are the requirements for using the SecurLOCK Equip App? Are there any fees associated with it?

You must have a personal or Business Checking Account with an active Debit Card linked to use the app. If you have more than one account, you can link multiple Debit Cards to the SecurLOCK Equip App. Saco & Biddeford Savings does not charge any fees for downloading or using the app. However, you may incur data rate charges from your wireless carrier for SecurLOCK Equip usage.

What is the SecurLOCK Equip App, and what can it be used for?
