Lynnsey McDonough, Account Executive of Personal Lines, is celebrating her 15-year work anniversary!
Lynnsey's introduction to P&C Insurance came through her neighbor, who informed her about a job opening for a receptionist at Paquin & Carroll. Recognizing the company as a great workplace where everyone is treated well, Lynnsey thought it would be a good fit for her career.
In 2008, she started working as a backup to the receptionist. At the time, she knew nothing about insurance. Eight months after being hired, she went on to obtain her Property & Casualty License. This achievement allowed her to transition to the role of an Account Manager in the Personal Lines Department, where she thrived for 11 years.
Eventually, Lynnsey advanced to become an Account Executive, primarily focusing on sales for the past four years.
The remarkable people, encompassing both clients and colleagues, are the driving force behind Lynnsey's satisfaction at Paquin & Carroll. Over the span of 15 years, Lynnsey has built strong relationships with clients, engaging in conversations about their children, recent vacations and significant life events.
Furthermore, her co-workers exhibit exceptional qualities, always ready to provide assistance or lend a listening ear. Lynnsey considers herself fortunate to know and collaborate with each of them. She loves having the opportunity to continuously learn and grow in her career field, and feels no two days are ever the same, which makes each day feel unique and special.
Outside of work, Lynnsey cherishes moments spent with her family. Together, they actively support the Red Sox, attend the youngest McDonough's baseball games and explore new walking trails alongside their dog.
