Bill payment history
Recent payment history will be available on the new system. Please note: we highly recommend printing a list of payees and histories for verification purposes prior to the upgrade to ensure that recurring payments are set up correctly.
eBills (Electronic versions of invoices)
You will need to set your eBills up again in the new system.
Expedited bill pay payments
Expedited bill pay payments are no longer available on the new system.
For personal bill pay only
Personal users of Bill Pay have the ability to use the system to pay individuals (Person to Person payment).
What do I do if I am experiencing issues with my business Bill Pay?
Ensure that the primary account admin has logged in. This action has resolved the issue for some users.
