Customer Don pulled me aside recently and said, “I have to share something with you.”

 “Of course, Don. What is it?”

“It’s Tracy. She’s incredible. The others are great too, but Tracy… every single time she listens, she cares, she offers thoughtful input. She’s outstanding.
 
You’d better make sure she never goes anywhere.”
 
I smiled and replied, “I will, Don. I love Tracy.”

And without hesitation, he said, “Yes ... I love her, too.”
 
As we approach 200 years of serving our community, moments like this remind me that what we’ve built is about far more than trust alone. Trust is foundational, but it is the humanity wrapped around that trust that truly defines us.
 
It’s living out our vision of being a source of possibilities for those we serve.

It’s pursuing excellence while never losing sight of compassion. Sometimes, the clearest picture of who we are is found in a simple interaction ... watching someone like Tracy care for customers in such a genuine way that they walk away saying, “I love Tracy.”
