Picture this: a bright-eyed college graduate, diploma in hand, waves goodbye to her alma mater one day and walks through the doors of SBSI the very next. That was Tiffany back in 2019, ready to dive headfirst into the world of finance only 24 hours after graduating college.
In 2019, Tiffany embarked on her career journey as a Residential Loan Servicer. By September 2020, she had embraced a new opportunity within the same department, stepping into the role of Construction Loan Coordinator. Her dedication and hard work paid off when she received a promotion to her current position as a Collection Officer in July of 2022.
While Tiffany appreciates the opportunities for advancement within the company, they are not the primary reason she remains. More than the job titles, it's the warmth and camaraderie that resonate with her.

When the bank's chapter closes at the end of each day, Tiffany turns the page to her own adventures. She's out there skiing, hiking, or camping with loved ones and her dog Hazel, who's quite the character. Her life outside work is as vibrant and dynamic as her career.
